General terms of sale
1. Who we are
This online shop, FlyHigh Detailing (flyhighdetailing.com), belongs to its owners, holders of NIE Y6189401T and Y2850302H. You can contact us at customersflyhighdetailing@gmail.com.
2. Purpose
These terms govern the purchase of products in our online shop. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept them. You must be of legal age to make a purchase.
3. Products
We describe our products as accurately as possible. Photos are for guidance only and colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
4. Prices
All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout, before payment. The applicable price is the one in force when you place your order. If, due to an obvious error, a product is shown with a clearly wrong price, we will let you know and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.
5. How to buy
- Add the products to your cart.
- Enter your shipping details and choose a payment method.
- Review the summary and confirm your order.
You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order; from that moment the contract is concluded. Your order is recorded and you can check it in your email and in your customer account. The purchase process is available in Spanish and English.
6. Payment
You can pay with the methods shown at checkout (credit or debit card, Shop Pay and others). Payments are processed securely through certified providers; we do not store your card details.
7. Shipping
The usual delivery time is 7 to 10 days. See all the details in our Shipping policy.
8. Returns and withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return your purchase. See the procedure in our Returns policy.
9. Guarantee
All products come with the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. For any issue, write to us at customersflyhighdetailing@gmail.com.
10. Use of the products
Use the products according to their instructions and for their intended purpose. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse or incorrect installation.
11. Intellectual property
The texts, designs, logos and images on this website belong to FlyHigh Detailing or to their legitimate owners and may not be reproduced without permission.
12. Data protection
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy policy.
13. Applicable law and complaints
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence will have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before that, write to us: we will try to solve any problem quickly and amicably. You may also contact the Spanish Consumer Arbitration Boards (Juntas Arbitrales de Consumo).
