Shipping policy

1. Shipping areas

We ship to: mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

2. Delivery time

Your order will arrive within 7 to 10 days of payment confirmation. During periods of high demand or for reasons beyond our control (public holidays, carrier incidents, weather conditions) delivery may take slightly longer; if this happens, we will let you know.

If an order is not delivered within 30 days of purchase, you may cancel it and we will refund the full amount paid.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs €3.99 per order and is free on orders from €34.99. The shipping amount is always shown during checkout, before you pay.

4. Tracking

When your order is on its way we will email you the tracking number so you know where it is at all times.

5. Orders with several products

If your order includes several products, you may receive them in separate parcels and on different days, at no extra cost to you.

6. Delivery address

Please check your address carefully before confirming your order. If you spot a mistake, write to us as soon as possible at customersflyhighdetailing@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before shipping.

7. Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or a product is missing, write to us as soon as possible at customersflyhighdetailing@gmail.com, ideally with photos of the parcel and its contents, and we will sort it out.
